The catalogue represents what is held in the library only; as such it covers a relatively small amount of the information available to us. Most current information is now retrieved electronically via databases we subscribe to on your behalf.
If we do not have a resource you require we are generally able to borrow it on your behalf from other lending institutions or provide you with options for purchase.
We have a team of librarians who are able to do in-depth searches for the information you require.
We have a range of information tools at our disposal. We have a substantial in-house library database, including access to the following electronic resources:
- Scopus (which includes Compendex, Inspec, and ABI Inform)
- Business Source Corporate
- Knowledge Basket
- Te Puna
- Cigre
You need to be a member of Energy Library to gain access to these resources.
Recommendations for the purchase of library resources can be made by any member of Energy Library. Decisions will be made in accordance with our collection development policy. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed.
